A fun race with interesting prizes!
This race will take place on Sunday the 18th of May in Forni di Sotto in the Friuli Dolomites on the spectacular Tagliamento River. The Lay-out of the race is around 400 meters long and is completely visible by the spectators on the banks of the river. The difficulties consist in the rapids of the 4th degree while the categories of participation are 6 : Professional, Junior, Amatory, 40 and under, over 40, over 50, Women. The prizes are 700 E, 350 E and 250 E for the first , second, and third places for the professional category. Other prizes will be given for all of the other categories and all the participants will receive a small token for having participated Technician responsible for the race: Pietro Linda - The cost of the registration is E20 which includes the participation and a light lunch near the area of the race. The registration form may be sent by e-mail to the following address info@fornidisopra.net until Friday May 16th - Sunday afternoon, free kayak tests on Tagliamento River in the locality of Caprizzi . Weekend Proposal: - TKS – 1 Saturday arrivals – Includes registration costs plus hotel room double occupancy, with private bath , in a 3 star hotel, plus Saturday evening dinner and breakfast Sunday morning plus lunch near the race location. All this for E68 per person . E75 for single occupancy; - TKS – 2 Friday arrivals – Includes registration costs plus 2 nights in a 3 star hotel plus dinner Friday evening , Breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday plus Breakfast Sunday and light lunch near the race site. All this for E 110 with double occupancy and E124 with single occupancy ( drinks excluded) It is also possible to book the campsite. Ask us about the package.
